Small AFN successor, quietly aligning with whichever of Korveil or Finhaven offers the better trade terms that year, and the one Korut island Solenne doesn't bother annexing during the Turncoat War (AE 1358), too small and unimportant a prize to be worth the garrison. It stays nominally independent all the way through GAW4.
